kids & cozy hotels

Am wondering if kids are welcome at the Cozy Hotels and Villas or are they adult only.

If so, any ideas on hotels for families - not all ic - would like kitchenette and great price would be nice.

All Cozy hotels accept kids (La Tortuga only kids over 12).
