place to stay that will hold up to 16 people

I will be going to PDC in July. I would like to check out some places to have a family reunion at in 2004. There will be 16 people and we are fluent in spanish. We are comfortable with staying some where private not so popular with maybe even a staff that would come in and cook for us. Any suggestions? We would like to stay for 7 days.
