Hey Guys!
I never see anyone on this board talk about the Plaza Mariachi. It's located on 5th & 16th. Am I the only one who thinks that this is a very good hotel? I stayed their last year for 5 days and felt very much at home. Here's to the Mariachi...a damn good hotel.

My wife and daughter stayed at the Hotel Plaza Mariachi after driving all the way from California. (>3000 miles one way).

They recommend the hotel. Not many hotels in Playa have large rooms like those available at the Mariachi. The hotel is about one block from the beach on 5th.

good hotel!

Hi Chaltun and Michael-
I completely agree about the Hotel Plaza Mariachi. I've been there several times. It's a great place, good rates and a good location too. It's at the north end of the action on 5th, close enough to walk anywhere, anytime (right around two corners from the ******), but the rooms are quiet and have a nice little balconies looking out through trees to the street and the ocean.

Hi, I've been trying to send the Mariachi an e-mail, but it keeps getting returned. We've tried all the addresses from the forum that we could find, as well as from their Web page. Does anyone have one they have tried recently and been successful in having it sent. We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it. We're going back this Feb. and hopefully can reserve a room for then. If not, any other ideas on a great hotel in the $45 - 50$ US range. Thx.

Diego925, What web address are you using? I have no problem when I use http://www.hotelplazamariachi.com.mx/Plaza_Mariachi.htm , however, when I use http://www.hotelplazamariachi.com.mx then I get the same error message that you've been experiencing.

Here's the telephone info that's posted on their web page:

Dear Denisea:
I try to connect with a lot of web directions...
In the first direction , you can see the rates, the photos , the location , but when you need contact with theirs , the email its the hotmail , and the reply of the message its :"this hotmail doesnīt exist...."

and, with the second adress, you see that we have problems....

Bye Bye....

Since they provide a tollfree phone number why not just give them a call and let them know that you are experiencing difficulties reaching them via their email address? That might be the easiest and least time consuming thing to do.
