Gringo Dave's?

I'm heading down south on Friday, and after a couple of days in PDC, going to relax on the beach in Tulum. Rumor has it that Gringo Dave's was going to open back up on the 15th of this month. Anyone down there with information?

By friday i will try to let ya know...stayin at la vita bella in tulum 19th -23rd.
grngo daves , zamas and posada margheritas are top priorites....we like food.

I saw it for sale on a real estate site for 1.5 mil. A little out of my league.
