My husband and I are planning a trip to Playa in May to celebrate his graduation. We'd like someplace that's on the beach and very private, but within a few minutes walk of 5th Avenue and the Cozumel Ferry. I've found two rentals that I'm interested in and would like any input you could give. The rentals are called Casa Xiana and Casa Moskito.
