new resturant with beer tap at your table

I was just reading about it on Playa Maya news. Anyone been to La Diez yet?
They have beer taps at the table. Beer is only 60 pesos a liter (measured digitally at your table). They say the food is good too. Just wondering if anyone has been there yet.

We have a resturant with taps at your table in Minnesota and it's a fun place to go.

I was at La Diez last night and really love the place. It's got a high ceiling for buildings here and therefore can place the TVs high on the wall - it'll be great for sports watching like the Super Bowl.

They're going through some opening-pains, understandably. The beer is fresh and cold - some of the best draught I've had. The on-table taps hadn't been properly drained of air, so we had a lot of problems with foam. Still, they adjusted the bill and we were very happy with the place overall.

I've heard from friends the food is good - one had a gorgeous looking salad with chicken last night - but haven't tried it yet.

It's at the corner of Av. 10 and Calle 8 and it's called La Diez. So far seems v. popular with local Mexicans, which makes a nice change from some of the other local watering holes.

Dare I ask what beer they offer on tap? My husband is a bit of a beer snob, so we usually stick to tequila. Though this sounds like a nice detour and break from the hard stuff

I haven't noticed if it's the only draught they offer, but the special right now is on Dos Equis, both light and dark.

Good things come to those that read instead of just looking at the pictures!
