No reservations required, just show up. La Parilla is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants, as I've said here many times. My favorite is the queso fundido (melted cheese on the English menu). Add chorizo for a nice kick. And be sure to ask for crema agria to put on your tortilla with the queso. YUM! Is it time for me to go to Playa again yet?
