It is a felony in the US, you are charged as sex offender and have to register as one after you have paid for your crime. That is a bit harsh IMO, but it is the way it is. Last week driving south on 307 at the Holiday inn Express light, there was a van w/americans stopped and the the guy was peeing behind the van and his wife was yelling at him that a cop was coming.....don't know what happened
