What does "he he" mean?
I have read the responses to the weather and am also going to be visiting the first week of Feb. When James says "he he" is that good or bad? When they predict rain like this is it usually all day or just a short spurt and then sun? Boy do we need sun and warm...it is snowy and cold here and we have been dreaming of a few days of sun! Any extra info is appreciated?
