I heard this too, so Anna grabbed some scoops for lunch the other day and I was wholeheartedly underwhelmed. I've been told I should try again with something from the menu, not their lunch bar fare. The food I got yesterday from Mama Wang's lunch bar was much better than Lotus'.

I´ve been eating with Mama Wang since she was at Moms hotel ........ Celeste was really annoyed that Mama never informed her that she was moving locations .

You´ve got to love Mama ...her English is as bad as her Spanish

Depending on where I am in town it will be Mamas or the Lotus for good cheap Chinese food .

When in Playa in Feb. I found that some restaurants use the service of a delivery company: Delivery Express phone (984 local) 803-5986.
Work 11:00 -21:00, Closed on Sundays.

Some of them charge 15% for the delivery, others are free.
Minimum order is 100 pesos.

Il Baretto + 15%

beef E.G.´s + 15%
Girls Maktub + 15%
Tango Taco =
Geisha + 15%
Babe´s + 15%
Dr. Taco =
Tintos y Tapas + 15%
Hot + 15%
El Oasis =
Nú Bambú + 15%

In the booklet comes the menus and prices, nice.
