Sarah, sometimes people don't get the deal card. The necklace, sorry, too many

guys will be after me. The T-shirts will get smelly after a few days. My idea is a red dot on our forheads. They'll think it's some kind of religous group in town. Andy

I'm with you, Andy. For some reason... I can't seem to go anywhere in and around Playa without being recognized... even by peeps I've never met.

Also some peeps might not want to be spotted.

We gotta try and make this not like when you were 12 years old and you had to wear matching neon yellow T-shirts to the waterpark. The necklaces are a good idea! Oh and as far as my avatar, if I were high enough above the poverty line to afford a digital camera i would have my picture there, but sorry George W rang my pockets dry.

Thanks, SS&S... I'm not trying to make David and me "dress alike" with the necklace thing. I'm simply trying to increase the chances of meeting the people whose posts I read here day after day after day. I think that would be FUN!! I've seen so many photos/avatars of people here, and in the hustle and bustle of the beach and 5th Avenue and the bars/restaurants, I know I won't be able to necessarily make the mental connection it would take to recognize someone. The opportunity to put a face with a forum name and maybe share a little time or a drink or two is something I will welcome with open arms during our upcoming trip. Reading "Oh, we were at that bar too but we didn't recognize you" is something I don't want to see here after we return! I'd much rather exchange "It was great to meet you's!"

Sorry if I sounded cinicle (I do that alot w/out knowing it) I was just making fun of when I literally had to wear a NEON yellow t-shirt everywhere so my parents could find me, yeah kind of embarressing but the necklace idea I think is really good it's subtle but you can still tell what you're lokking for.

Don't James & Anna give you a Playa Info Beer Cooler when you order their card? And since everyone always drinks beer it should be able to see a Play Info Peep by the beer cooler; since we should always buy the card!!!

Edited: I'm basing this on seeing some photos with them in. I could have sworn I asked about them at that time, but it was on the old forum.

I will be wearing primarily Wisconsin or Packer shirts during the day, and tropical shirts at night. Oh yeah, you'll know me by my large blonde buddy, Harold, and 2 friggin' splints on my forearms!

Very clever as usual Karen,very kewl!

Like Andy I always put the card out at a restaurant or bar. Can't wait for the tees,but wouldn't wear one every night/day for obvious reasons.The necklaces are really practicle,cause even if they clash with your outfit[I wore a lot of pink & black,since it was cold & I only had a pink jacket] you [or I] could attach it to my purse,where peeps could still see it.Very smart you are,but then I knew that.

No problem!! I knew where you were coming from.

My parents used to have to put my younger brother on a harness when we went out in a crowd! Probably cuz they already had their hands full keeping track of me and my older brother! Since there were two of "them" and three of "us", we had them outnumbered!!
