Question about checking Private Messages

How do you check them?? Maybe its me but I sent one to Anna asking a few questions and everytime I try to login I get a screen warning me about some cookies but no mailbox or anything.

Maybe Anna just hasn't written me back yet and there is nothing to see. Just wondering.
