I feely badly for LaTortuga and this noise situation as I have had the same experience with new neighbors who bought the house next to me. It's a horrible situation to be in.
I've exchanged a few PM's with Laura and she said LaTortuga is putting in triple pane windows that should be in by end of February to help with this problem.
With that being said, we are going to go for it and give LaTortuga a try! We were really excited about staying here as it offered everything we were looking for and hopefully with the new windows and the other things the hotel is doing, things will be under control by May.
