I searched online and found this one

rgahr@sunscapetulum.com.mx

I know it isn't for the resort in PA, you could try switching tulum for puerto aventuras. Or just email him here. When I emailed him directly asking for a room upgrade and other information on the hotel he blew me off by forwarding my email to someone else. That person never responded.
