Its a Carnaval. In the Riviera Maya.. Sometime in the last few years?

I believe that was Carnival in Playa Del Carmen- Feb or March of 2003. We were there! It was a lot of fun- carnival rides and games and the main stage with salsa singers and musicians. You could buy beer and it came in these giant 40oz cups- I kept a few. Each evening a short parade would come down 5th ave with pickup trucks with blaring music and colorfully costumed(and scantily clad too

) female dancers. Did they have it this year in PDC too?
