Need to find a Villa near Kailuum...help please.

Hi guys,
Thanks for helping me with all my honeymoon questions last year. I stayed at Riu, and loved it, and now the wife and I are heading down to PDC again! (sensing a pattern.)
Anyways, we want to do a non AI villa rental or something, hopefully for 6-8 people, and I need to know what villa's are really close to Kailuum, or the Lafitte resort. We need it to be close enough to walk to those two. (or REALLY SHORT cab ride)

Can you guys help me, im having trouble getting reliable info for villas north of PDC.
