as most of the responses her seem to be from massachusetts
i feel i must say we cannot bring our culture and values and force them down another country
the people and government here know this world far bet tter than we do as part timers and visitors
of couse you look around and say this isnt right /its not how i would run a country
but you dont run a country -its theirs
let them do it their way- maybe its smarter than we know
either way giving unproductive adults/children accomplishes nothing other than a short lived feeling of well being and perpetuates misery in the long run
teach a man to fish...
