What a great review! My fiance and I are getting married at the Tucan on June 25th and you have really helped! The resort is completely booked through July! We are hoping for a smooth, glitch-free trip/ wedding. What is the blood test like? Slightly worried because my fiance is a med student/overly educated on the subject.

Firstly...congrats! You abnd your fiance will have a lovely time! The Iberostar was beautiful. As for the blood tests - piece of cake. No problems at all. Now, they didn't use the typical test tube units that our labs here in Canada use - they took with syringes - but definitely new/clean - no worries.
(ps - I'm a doctor's kid, and have 2 sisters in med school...totally understand hypochondriac tendencies....!) |

Thanks for the blood test clarification. I couldn't think of the words to use to describe the slight paranoia of my fiance-medical student, but you nailed it on the head! "hypochondriac tendencies" is exactly what I was thinking. = ) One more question if you don't mind. How is the new Japanese restaurant?

The slide show was so romantic that i shed a few tears. Did you do this yourselves? It is very good. I am getting married at the Tucan in feb 2006. Thanks for sharing the photos.
