Rock Hard Cafe(official rumor)

Bastante w/the speculation ... my advance men have caused enough trouble on this forum ... let me make the rumor official ... the world's-foist-ever Rock Hard Cafe will open sooooon in PDC ... it will feature rock bands (acid and heavy metal only) tequila on tap at your booth, ungodly amounts of other booze, Viagra dispensers, real Mexican cigars (for member w/card) real pinball games & a real Merry-Go-Round (you know Mexico bought them all) and a free Brazilian hammock hostel for dozens of topless young women who alternately dance, ride the Merry-GR and/or mini-bikes around the joint when they are not resting and/or tanning (in shifts) ... if you ain't (bleep) by then ... well, we tried and that is the important thing ... we will do jungle flat-bed truck tours for large groups ... no soft drinks (even for mixers), no mojitos, pina coladas or margaritas or the giant straws, palm trees, umbrellas and other do-dads they shove into them, no fruit, no computers (yuk), no pool tables or bored games and, most of all, no food ... after all, man does not live by bread alone and have you not eaten enough already? BYOBB (best bud)

I heard a rumour on BuffettNews that a Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville is opening in Cozumel.... any local confirmation? That's near enough to Playa.

Generally reliable sources advise me the Hard Rock Cafe in Playa has its official opening the second Tuesday of next week. Attendance by invitation only. The first HRC pin they anticipate issuing promises to be quite a collector's item. It's invisible, but a Hell of a bargain at a mere $12.95. I'm hoping to get a couple of dozen of this limited edition offering, so I can scalp 'em.

Hey Bumper , I just received my collector pin via E-mail. Pretty cool and it's barely even noticable when I'm wearing it. Hope you get yours soon.

Oh good...another pin hack converted from the narrow path of sanity. Can't have enough collectors out there. Glad you like their Grand Opening pin. Yeah, they did a dandy job of the initial offering, or so I'm told. I haven't seen mine yet, but...now that I think of it...I guess I never will. They've certainly come up with an innovative way to cut down on quality complaints, haven't they?

And on Thursdays it will be Ladies night. Top shelf drinks only 10 pesos. Cerveza 5 pesos. HRC will make an exception on Ladies night and serve Pina Coladas, Margaritas, and daquiris. Free guacamole, choriqueso, and nachos! Chippendale male strippers will be flown in exclusively from Las Vegas. Male waiters will wear itsy bitsy speedos. Gentlemen will be allowed in at 1 a.m.

We welcome Bachelorette parties!!!
