I Am Not Bummed Out Anymore

Well, was really bummed out today cause I was heading home. Then I find out it's going to be freezing when I go to New York next week.. Talk about a shock to the system. BUT!! I checked my Email and I got a message from ABC The View... I got tickets for the 15th and they are taping a BEACH PARTY show.. I am to bring my beach wear, Hat, sunglasses, flip flops. Slim gets to go too, so he will break out his Tye Dye T shirt. Don't know when it will be aired. This just made my day..back to the beach..sort of.

Let us know what date they are planning to air the show so we can tune in... that's not a live show, is it? If so, then you already gave us the date. But I don't think it's live. Is it live? I'll shut up now.

It usually is live and on in the morning. The showtime stated is 1:30-2:30, so I guess they are making a special taping for a later date. I will try to get to a computer and post as soon as I find out.
Any suggestions on what to wear to catch their attention? and no BOTB please.

I dunno... Slim in his tye-dyed shirt with his big grin should grab some
attention!

And I think Karen's beads should definitely make their national TV debut! They are used to being on camera!

Sounds like a really fun time!! I wish I could see it, I may have to find someone to tape it for me. How about a straw Sombrero? Oh no, that would block the "view".

I will post when it will be aired. I got Slim a hat...it is one of those grass hats and green. Hats and sunglasses are mandatory. I will wear my cowboy hat..of course!

I also got a call today from the David Letterman show. Seems I got 2 tickets for later that afternoon. I will be running all over the city. We have less than an hour to leave the View...get Slim to the hotel to collect his bags and on a cab to the Airport, then I have to rush to the Ed Sullivan Theater to get in line to get my tickets for the Letterman Show. By the way, I will be at the Letterman Show with a different man...my cousin Joey. I will let you know when that is aired too. Seems the tape several shows a day.
