Yes you do. Pawboy, myself, and my good lady for starters.
It's like a walkie Talkie where you press the button to speak, then let go to hear the other person. You can also use it like a regular mobile phone, which if you have a regular credit package, once used up will cost you by the minute.
You can set it on speaker so everybody can hear both parts of the conversation, or regular operation like a phone.
Texting, camera, etc, too.
