From what I've read and heard on the news (and of course my interpretation could be wrong), it was Natasha who refused care even though the ambulance responded to the first call. So I don't see this having anything to do with what you said about her entourage.
Steve, those parents and that child were extremely lucky. At least Natasha's death saved her. Natasha's organs were donated as well, so she saved even more lives.
