Cabin Fever

Please send help, the cabin fever has got me. Yesterday i lost it, painted my brothers ice auger red, scrawled "ice warrior" on it and sank all the ice fishing shacks on the lake by drilling holes around them! Today i have laid plans to drive to the border of Maine, steal the "Maine the way life should be" sign andburn it at a snowmobile dealers while i sit in the parking lot drinking Dos Equis and wait for the staties to come get me.

Take heart Lost. Less then two weeks and you will be basking in the sun in PDC.
I feel for you though, still snow on the ground here in NY as well.

Is that Keith's beer I see stuck in that snow? Very nice use of snow. As another easterner who has received too much snow this winter, I applaud you ingenuity!

Jodeci,
I'm sorry that I can't take credit for the photo, even though it seems we still have that much snow in our yard! A friend from Vermont who also has cabin fever sent it to me.

Awww C'mon

Maine is "God's Country",as my fave uncle often said. It is beautifull. At least after black fly season till Sept/Oct.lol. I drive from the MA. border to Brooksville[4+ hours]quite often to get my gr-dau & see gr-son age 2.Beautiful but remote I think describes a lot of coastal Maine.Enjoy your PDC warmup!

We just had another cruel strike of Colorado weather. Sunday it was about 72 F then all day yesterday and this morning it snowed like crazy and the temp dropped to about 9F, and left us with a foot of snow. This is how I can justify the "I hate colorado" statement in my profile...

Just saw weather report on TV of quite a bit of snow coming down in Amarillo, Texas. Wish I could see those southerners trying to drive in it!!!!

Hey! No fair makin' fun! I live faaaaar away from Amarillo, so we're not gettin' the snow here, but the temperature has dropped 20 degrees when the cold front made its way down this far... from a high of 88 F on Sunday... Oops! Sorry for gloating, all y'all up North... that's not ladylike, now is it? (Besides, it's not the snow, it's the ice that gets us this far south!!)
