Hi Jen. My wife and I have been going to FLL nearly every year for the past 16 years. We always go the first weekend of June and we like to stay at the Sheraton Yankee Clipper. It's one of the few hotels that is actaully on the beach and it was also featured in the movie "Analyze This". Any way, depending on your taste in food, you will have many choices. One of our favorite places is the Bahia Cabana, located directly across the beach from the Sheraton Yankee Clipper and on the intercoastal. It's very inexpensive with a laid back crowd and you can watch the yachts come and go. Just up the road is a more upscale restaurant called "Charlie's Crab". Very good, but a little expensive.
