My experience
Last summer I took a "girls only" trip and spent everyday at Kool. (And no, we are/weren't hot young things in bikinis) On the first day, Jorge helped us with chairs and umbrellas. We ordered 2 mimosas not knowing that they would total 620 pesos~yes 620 not 62! (we learned a really hard lesson~DON'T ORDER CHAMPAGNE IN MEXICO!!!! ) Long story short, he appologized and explained that lots of people are insulted when you tell them that what they just ordered is extremely expensive. Anyway, after that faux ~ we all laughed and got over it. We sat in his area every day and he waited on us hand and foot. I guess my point is, if you make contact with them when you first arrive even if you have to flag them down and they see you want service, they are on it all day long! Just my 2 cents.
