Mayan Palace Location

I was wondering where exactly the Mayan Palace is located. Is it next to the Iberostar Paraiso Beach?
I stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach last year and they were in the middle of building a new hotel right next to it. I was curious as to whether that was it or not.
I'll be there on September 29 again so I guess I'll find out then!
