Churrasco
- a charcoal-grilled center-cut beef tenderloin steak
Also take a look here

Arrachera - skirt steak
- Strips of Flank Steak

Entraña
- could be tripes.

Vacío
- Empty (literally, but don't know if there is a dish called like that)

Asado de tira - Grilled Stripe

Bife de Chorizo - Sirloin Strip Steak (top loin)
Take a looong look here

Filete - Steak

Pechuga de pollo (De la casa u oreganada) - chicken breast with oregano

Bondiola de puerco

fyi these are taken from El Asador de Manolo

Buen provecho, we will require you to do an extensive photo coverage of the restaurant when you visit.

I suggest you do a Google Image search to take a look on those.
