affordable long-term rental options

My husband and I are looking at moving to Mexico, but will need to rent for a while before we sell everything back home to buy a condo. Can anyone help us in finding an affordable place to stay. We will be needing a place for September until...unsure. We would prefer to stay in PlayaCar, but of course, we need something that is affordable. Is there anyone that owns a condo and wouldn't mind renting it out during slow season at a reduced rate?Afterall, it is better they rent it out at a reduced rate rather than it being empty. If you do a search on this forum, you'll find a lot of information on the rental situation here in Playa, and some great tips when it comes to finding a place. You might want to define 'affordable' though - that's a pretty lose term that can have hugely different meaning to different people.
