Are there Peeps in Vegas?

I am going there next weekend for a Jimmy Buffett concert...

Yes!

... and I thought if there were any friendly peeps living there, or other Parrothead-peeps going to the concert and parties, we might get together. I will even wear my knock-off-Nerak beads so you can recognize me. I'll also be wearing beads and a nametag identifying me as Snowparrot

I saw quite a while ago that JB was in Vegas in Early April...the 9th I think - at the MGM Grand...was going to get a room at the Trop or the Stratosphere (they have a nice lounge and European tanning area) and a flight via MLT from Denver - but did the Playa thing instead.

Nahhhh, no can do. If I wasn't going to Playa right after that date, I would most definitely have. So far, every Vegas date has been right around the same time that I would be going to Mexico....and as much as I love Jimmy, I have to pick one trip....and I just love Mexico more.

I can't even make the concert dates around this summer. He's not doing the usual Camden stop in late June this year, he's doing a stadium show in Philly in late August.....the SAME week we are in L.A. for Evan's surgery!

I can't win!

Any other concerts in anyone's future? His Toronto stop is inconvenient for my work schedule, but maybe...
Still, the only hope is to get him to Playa: c'mon Shammy...

Come on, peeps... are there no more parrotheads lurking out there who are also going to Vegas...in 2 days?
I am so excited. And Parliament decided not to sit on Friday so I don't have to worry about leaving work early!
I'm gonna change my latitude, longitude and attitude!
