Jeevers, I am so glad that you got your money back. I agree that the excess money might have to do with the exchange rate, especially after all of the money that had been stolen from you.

You were right about Benito Juârez. It is the area around Puerto Morelos. The other day, on the way to the airport, I saw a road sign indicating that.

The municipality of Benito Juárez includes all of Cancun as well as points south like Puerto Morelos.

THE POLICE WILL NOT GET INVOLVED IN THIS TYPE OF FRAUd unless the bank wants to pursue it

we are not the victims of a crime if the bank refunds the $ that was taken
so technically the bank was victimized not we individuals
