There are several in PDC. I believe Ikal Del Mar has one, but have heard a few things about it that was'nt positive though. Hotel Deseo is another theres is great. Also Ceiba Del Mar has a temezcal. In Tulum several of the small resorts do Azulic and it's neighbor Cabanas Copal check there website www.cabanascopal.com for more info. Some are Suits Optional as Copal is.

We stayed at Cabanas Copal a few weeks ago, my wife mentioned she might like the Temezcal bath. Well she's a liberal, I'm not. She's a vegetarian, I'm not. I'm claustrophic, she's not. I told her she could do it if she wanted, but I wasn't crawling into a dimly lit, cramped sweat lodge for an hour or whatever it was. I didn't discourage her, I think she probably would have enjoyed it, I'm sure I wouldn't have.
She opted for a massage instead, I opted for nothing. It was great. |
