Tomorrow they will be here, and Michael and Lisa. I met Michael in January of 1973, our first semester out of the military.
They all pre-date me meeting Kathy, who I have been married to for 32 years. They were all at our wedding.
Old friends, what a hoot. I am smoking some ribs and chicken and salmon tomorrow. I'll get the ribs and chickenstarted and then go give a one hour presentation on program assessment. After I get home from that, I'll break open the first bottle of wine and check the smoker.

What kind of ribs do you buy and how do you prep and how long do you smoke 'em. Not asking you to divulge any ancient family secrets or anything
I am just curious. being from TX there aren't many things I love more than smoked chicken and ribs. Come to think of it I read on the internet that liberals don't eat pork so what do you think you are doing anyway
