I agree with Anna's suggestion of contacting Aluxes. I have rented long-term from Nikki (she's the manager) and she is a wonderful lady. I cannot reccomend her enough. She should be able to help you with whatever you're needing as she has furnished and unfurnished properties throughout Playa. From my personal experience, furnished pretty much means everything...furniture, tv, stereo, all cooking/eating utensils, linens, etc... In fact, all I had to buy was toilet paper when I first moved into my condo! I'm not saying all of her furnished properties are going to consist of all the above - just wanted to let you know that option may still be available.
