I would think that the intended pick up point is the Gran Porto Real. First, because the Gran Porto Real has existed for a long time compared to the Royal Porto Real that is still under construction... mostly. Second, because people have commonly referred to the Gran Porto Real as the Porto Real in the past because it was the only "Porto Real" in Playa... they only started building the Royal Porto Real about a year ago. Thirdly, on my last Fat Cat trip the pick up location was at the Gran Porto Real. My recommendation to be absolutely certain woulb be to reply to the confirmation email your received when you booked the trip and inquire about the pick up location.

Well, all I can say is, I waited at the Gran Porto Real, (sat on the steps there at the lobby), and at 2:00 watched the FatCat van zip right past headed east on Constituyentes. They sent me an email saying they waited for me for 10 minutes, but had to go, sooooo....be sure to get the whole name of the hotel. I would have seen them if they'd been waiting anywhere near the GPR, and can only assume that, at least for that day, they picked up at the new hotel.
