tesa and daniel's trip begins.......

wow, we did it, yesterday went off without a "hitch" ....hehe.........and now it's official...............

it's 4:30a.m. here in H town..........our alarm is set to go off in half an hour, but can't stay in bed tossing and turning another second!!!

i actually slept fairly good last night, but the night before, i hardly closed my eyes.........i guess i was more nervous about the ceremony than i thought..........

so we're off.............driving to the airport should be no trouble at all at this time of the morning, then we will try and get something to eat there, to kill a bit more time.............

i can't believe in just a few hours we'll be leaving, after all the hard work, and planning, wow...................

see you all in playa!!!!!!!!!!

wow, well, we just got back, actually..........we've been back in houston for about 4 hours now, but things didn't actually go as smooth for our journey home, as they did all week in playa................thing number one, when we got back to our car, it was dead as a door nail............and had to wait 20 min's or so for a jump...................then when we got home, BAM.......our pipes in the bathroom exploded............no kidding..................we're hangin' out................minding our own bloody business.............when BOOM..............we rush into the bathroom, to discover frekkin' old faithfull...........holy crap..................as we speak, my poor husband is at the wal-mart trying to find a fitting that will match...............for some ungodly reason even with the water off, water continues to gush from the damn thing!!!!!!!!

sigh.......................we are exhausted.................

i promis to get a report started ASAP............

let me just say we had a blast, awsome time..................i took tons of notes, and i hope to get them all together soon.......

we have about 100 pictures to go thru.................

daniel actually took tomorrow off too...to recover...........so i'll be getting something started............

sad to be back, but was looking forward to sleeping in my own bed..............oh well.....hopefully he will be home soon with the pipe, and we can settle down for a long well deserved rest.......................

Good thing it burst AFTER returning home! Sounds like yer shutoffs need replaced as well.

thanks for the congrats.............i was more nervous about the ceremony than i thought i would be, but i didn't want to get online while i was there............we did use the phones to call home a few times, but i promissed daniel i would stay off line...............it was our well deserved time together.........

i won't say i didn't think about it, because i wanted to keep my thread going, but i'm sure once everyone see's i'm back, it will get back up to the top............

let me tell yall..........we brought this stuff back for our friends, being that we're not big on tequilla..........however............i'm just about ready to bust open that seal and take a chug................she'll understand..............LOL

could you just imagine the hell we would have come home to if that had happened while we were gone..................

i do thank the gods for that...................

That's stinks... however, you're lucky that it didn't happen while you were in Playa. Tyramania can tell you all about her experiences with just that. She now refers to her house as "Casa de Agua".
