[*fixed*] Error when uploading photos

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to upload my wedding photos in the gallery and when I select process I get the following message: -

MySQL error reported!

Script: bulkupload

Query: INSERT INTO notify (id,userid,photo) values(NULL,,9792)

Result: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '9792)' at line 1

Database handle: Resource id #7

Any ideas on what may be going wrong?

I have gotten alot of errors when uploading but never that one. Sorry can't help. Hope James will come through with an answer for you. Sounds maybe like a comp problem rather than a forum problem.

I don't know why you got that error (it's server side, nothing to do with your computer) but it's just a matter of time before I update the media gallery because there's a new version of it available.

Will all our photos transfer over or will we be reloading them?

Every time I try to upload a photo, I get this error message:
Unable to move file [/tmp/phprqnI56] [/home/playadel/public_html/media/uploads/2378/PDR_0162.JPG]

With a bunch of these:
"Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/phpehJQuN' to '/home/playadel/public_html/media/uploads/2378/PDR_0162.JPG' in /usr/home/playadel/public_html/media/image-inc.php on line 34"
scattered all over the page.

Is it me? Or is it Memorex? Or is it a site issue?

James, with the new version will we be able to remove pics from our album or will we need to have a moderator/administrator to do it?

I don't forsee permissions being changed. They are independent of the upgrade.

I've upgraded the media gallery to the latest version and I was able to upload without incident.

Let me know if you have any issues.

The new image gallery update doesn't show the dates of the photo posts and comments, just the time. Kinda hard to check for new postings without that. Can we have it back? Please?
