We were there
My family was at the EBQ/T 3/15 to 3/23 and saw or heard nothing about this. I was down at the beach each morning at 5:30 am until 6:00 then went running until 7- 7:30 am. This was every morning uncluding Sunday morning and saw nothing that looked official.....barely saw any people of any kind at that hour. I sure hope this is not true or I will not be able to trust my instincts again...never felt unsafe at all.
