We always ran a tab at Mamitas and paid at the end of our visit, including for the chairs and palapa. Haven't been to Tukan, so can't say. Taxis are easy to get, will probably be waiting anywhere you are. Check the fares you should be charged under the "read more" tab above. Have fun!
