Palladium TR - Part one

Hola,

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

My family and I have just returned from a glorious eight days at the Palladium. This was our third trip to this resort. We are a family of three generations and are extensively traveled. We are not a family who would normally return to the same resort three times. Being of greatly different ages, however, we have vastly different likes and dislikes. In our travels, we have found that the Palladium is the one resort that meets or exceeds all of our family’s needs. For those of you who question my enthusiasm relative to our Palladium experience, let me preface this by saying that I am describing my family’s experience. We have discovered a special kind of paradise there with enough variety of activities, a sprawling, beautiful jungle environment, creating a sense of being “away from it all”, food for all tastes, good wine (a must for me) and perfect room accommodations for a family with teens ( a big plus).

Departing the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on">Cancun</st1:place> airport, which amazingly took all of fifteen minutes from deplaning, we immediately spotted Javier from AGI holding a sign with my name on it. Trusty Javier had come himself to greet our family. He led us to an A/C van where a driver whisked us off to the Palladium. In just under an hour we were there. It felt like coming home.

We were warmly and immediately greeted by Abraham, “Mr & Mrs. Smith, you have a very special suite.” Not having made any particular request other than “something similar to last year” I wasn’t sure what to expect, although I have learned that the Palladium management pays close attention to detail and does acknowledge return guests. We received a two bedroom suite for the two adults and two teens in our party. Wonderful. In addition, we had a lovely fruit basket and a note from the manager upon arrival. On further inspection we had a beautiful bouquet of local flowers, fresh flowers placed discretely throughout the rooms and a KING sized bed with two plush robes, slippers and a cute towel animal greeting us. Our suite was on the third floor on the Kantenah side; extremely quiet and convenient to a bridge that served as a shortcut to the beach and pools. I could not have chosen a nicer place for our vacation and mentally made a note to thank the management.

The bathroom was large and efficiently designed with a separate area with two sinks, a separately enclosed shower and a separate jon.
