The bubble wrap was so bulky and I bought a little more than I planned so I ended up using lots of newspaper and only put them in my carry-on. I had a backpack perfectly crammed and everything made it home, luckily. I did of course get a thorough "swabbing' at the airport, as it probably looked like I had afew kilos in there
