There are two locations, but I believe the one this refers to is actually the one at 30th Avenue and Calle 6. The other is north of Constituyentes several blocks (don't ask me which street!) on the east side of 30th. Or maybe I'm totally wrong and the post refers to this one, which may actually be on Avenida 30@ Calle 28?
EDIT: Looks like Denise changed the info in her post, but the other is actually at 6th, NOT between 10th and 12th
