Trip advice

We are going to Playa from Aug14-Aug25. For the first 5 nights we are going to stay at either one of the Secrets or Aventura. It seems that Secrets is rated a little higher the Aventura. The prices are the same for their standard rooms as Secrets has a special going on for this time. Which should we go with?

For the final 6 nights we are going to stay at Riviera Caribe Maya. We just fugure after 5 nights we will want to experience the city and playa a little more. I don't see a reason to pay good money for a AI when we will not be there very often.

Also I am a little concerned about getting to and from the airport. Can we just get taxis?

I would stay at the secrets excellance...just because it is new, and I like new....and it looks beautiful. Secrets have a good rep also. Try the search option to see trip reports from individuals.

As far as transfers try the search option also. I have heard positives using the transfer service from this board.

Have a faboulous vacation!.... I am in major withdrawel ...I wanna go back!

Did you check to see if the Riviera Caribe includes airport transfer in your package?? Even if you don't use it to get there, I would assume it would applicable to taking you to the airport when you leave.
