1st Post!!!

Hey Everyone!!! I've been addicted to this DB for 10 hours now .. ever since my finance and I booked our Honeymoon. After careful deliberation and hours and hours on line we opted for a 1 week stay at the Riu Palace.

We booked at 7:00 p.m and I was on this site until 1:00 a.m (up for work at 6:00 am.)

After reading many threads about the Palace I feel very secure in the decision we made.

I look forward to chatting with you guys throughout the coming months leading up to, and following our Honeymoon (July 24th, 1 week).

I'll be sure to hoist one for ya ... well, maybe more than one

There's a Disney commercial (not sure if you guys have seen it) where it's the night before their vacation and the parent's go in to put the kids to bed ... and the small boys says, in the cutest voice and the funniest little lisp, "We're to excited to sleep" ... I was that kid last night ... I can't imagine how revved up I'm going to be on the 23rd!!! Aside from it being my wedding day, and all.

We honeymooned in Playa and feel in love...you'll love it and will never want to vacation anywhere else again - I promise!

Good luck on the "big day"...post some pictures on the "wedding pictures" thread when you get them back.

Shouldnt you have feel in love before the honeymoon??? Was this a pre-arranged wedding? Im confused!!!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome, much appreciated. I'm afraid I won't really have much to contribute to the board until I actually get back (aside from the odd smart azz remark), but I've sure love what I'm reading so far.

It's funny, we haven't even gone yet and we're already planning a return over the long cold Toronto Winter. Heck, this could become a pasttime!

If vacationing in Playa doesn't become a pasttime...spending time on this forum surely will!!

You don't have to go to Playa to contribute to this forum...as you can tell by a lot of the posts.
