Its a safe...They are fine even in the non AI hotels....What are you locking up? I have left cash,camera,watch,rings,more cash and other stuff in it...I have never had any problems in many years...relax bro...I understand that the winter blues are setting in but there are far better things to worry about other than is the safe good enough...You need to worry about things like will it rain while your there!!!! And if El Oasis is going to run out of shrimp??

a friend of mine stayed at thre all riviera they gave him a key for his room safe
while trying to lock up his goodies we discovered the safe wasnt bolted down so i picked up the locked safe and went to the front desk with it to complain they said dont worry about it nobody will steal anything here -and they didnt |

Big smoke, they have key lock safes at the Riu Palace. The safes are not overly large but you can put wallets,cameras, passports, jewellery, cash etc in them. You get the lock and key when you check in. If you lose the key it costs you mega$. Was either $25 or $50 can't remember which.
