Palladium "adults only" pool... etiquette?'s
So what does adults only mean?
Topless? Bottomless? Guys naked.... chicks naked.... I have no idea and don't want to look too stupid. Is a camera (just for scenery of course) in this area considered gauche? Is it nice... or nasty (yuk)? u/d

I think it means no kids. I imagine that it is possible that you would see those of both sexes who consider clothing optional, but wouldn't assume that to be the purpose of excluding children. Cameras aimed at those pursuing clothing optional alternatives are always gauche. Make mental notes. ;-)

The pool bar at the Iberostar Quetzal/Tucan is separate from the main pool and labelled as "adults only". I think it's so people can relax, get drunk, and act like kids!! Never saw any topless there, although some flashing (as the alcohol consumption increased) happened from time to time.
![]() At most family oriented resorts, topless by the main pool is rare. More topless on the beach (and not much in that area either). |
