ATM Fraud
So sorry to hear about this? Is no place safe?
I usually get pesos for Travelers checks or DOllars at the Hotel. I know the rate isn't as good, but in all my trips to Mexico I have never spent more than $100 worth of pesos. In fact, got $60 worth of pesos two weeks ago and came home with money.
Maybe its safer to take CASH and go INTO the bank. WIll they give you pesos that way? Rate not as good but safer...
