I'm not in training and I'm not as young[& foolish] as once I was.
The reason I recommended Beachway is it's a bit nicer than Knotty-Pine but owned by same people I think. Will go check them out in person if I have tomorrow off.There's a rain closure on clams so will probably have time.Both have fairly large nice pools. Between our houses[my son's is up front near the st.mine 200 ft. behind his] and the 2 motels is Marie's Restaurant,they have been friends of ours for years and serve breakfast all day on week-ends from 6:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.After 1:00P.M. on the fiesta day,the parking overflow will most likely be able to park there. I gotta catch up with Sue or Maria tomorrow to ask.
Going to do some yard work now!
