Why are more of us on during the day when we are supposed to be working?

Well I work from home. So I have a nose in the morning, then go for a long lunch, maybe for a swim at Coco Beach, then I carry on working late afternoon and into the evening - that's my excuse.

I'm like you Playabum, I dont get many chances to get on while at work, if any. It is pretty dead in hear on some eve's. Its becoming the season for the forum boards of the R.M. to slow down a bit.

I can't believe that it's almost been a year since I joined. Time flies, etc etc....

When I am at work I motivate myself by telling myself that if I finish xy and z I can go back and check the new posts! I freelanced for a few years and now that I got talked into going back to work full-time I get way too bored! I need something to help me get through the day!

I am asleep most of the day. I got to get out of that habit. When I do get up it takes a few hours to get enough energy to turn on the computer. But I make up for it late at night.

I AM working.

I'm a web designer and do other computer outsourcing, have my own business so I work from home.

Or maybe it's just that I'm such a geek I'm on the computer ALL day and ALL night...

Computer night owl.

I freelance doing logistics for shows, so when there are no shows I stay home and surf and surf and surf. But even, when there is a venue with internet access and everybody is busy doing their stuff I surf.

I start my mornings with a look at the beach webcam (I highly recommend to everyone to get up early and witness a Playa sunrise on whichever beach you're near - no better reason to lose some sleep!!

) and then I check for updates for the two Peep Meets I have organized for next week and see if there are PM'd necklace requests to fill!!

During the day at work I pop in every chance I get just to remind myself of WHY I'm working so hard. Gotta get my "Playa.Info fix" to keep me going!!
