A few worn out questions, but I need to ask.

How many bottles of booze will customs allow us to bring with us from the U.S. to Mexico?

How much can we take back with us?

Does anyone know if they provide beach towels and chairs at the Xaman-Ha condos?

We will be arriving on Nov. 2nd. The "day of the dead" celebration will be held on that day in PDC. Can anyone tell me more about this celebration?

Thanks

Xaman Ha does have lots of chairs and loungers around the pool. As for moving them to the beach, it depends on the security guys mood or your ability to sweet talk him. The condos do not provide beach towels, we always bring our own. The bath towels in the condo are large, but not like a big beach towel.

Xaman Ha condos.....

I stayed there a couple of years ago so I don't know if it has changed or not. But the unit we rented had beach towels. Each unit is privitely owned so some owners might have beach towels in their condo and others might not. We never tried taking the loungers from the pool area but others did so I don't imagine security would say much. After all your paying for the use of them and If you get them back to the pool area why not. We really enjoyed our stay at Xaman ha. Good choice.

Customs

I believe 2 bottles(liters) of alcohol per person are allowed both coming in and leaving Mexico.
