Another money-making venture to consider:
How about introducing a tequila-tasting "tour" one evening a week at the Tequila Barrel (or wherever). For a set participation fee, you (or someone with more expertise, if that is possible) could conduct a tasting of X many tequilas.
Charge a couple more bucks and turn it into a cigar event, as well!
My husband and bill 2354 are planning to get together when we're all down there April 14 - 22, to do a tequila-tasting. Maybe you could do a dry run with them. Greg (my husband) is a bit of an ingestables snob, so he could probably offer you some good suggestions on how to do it.
